A.    GENERAL INFORMATION

     American Financial Research Corporation (AFRC) provides a stock option service known as “Options Power Trader” and the website is: www.StockOptionKing.com

     You must be eighteen (18) years and above of age to use this service.

     To have access to the Stock Option King services, you must be or become a member.  As part of the registration process, you will be asked to select a Username and Password.  If you have any reason to believe that your account is no longer secure, please call us at: 1-800-369-6510 or e-mail us at: info@stockoptionking.com and we will change your Password

     Current subscription rates and charges for Stock Option King’s services are available via phone at 1-800-369-6510, or on the Stock Option King’s home page.  Payment for your subscription is due in advance of the subscription period you select.  If you are a first time long-term subscriber (one, two, or three year subscription) and are not completely satisfied and wish to terminate the service, then you will get a full refund on your subscription price in the first thirty (30) days.  Cancellation requests must be in writing and if you cancel after the first thirty days, you may receive a pro-rated refund on your unused balance of the subscription.

     Stock Option King may, in its sole discretion, terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the service, or remove and discard any communication transmitted by you, or information stored, sent, or received via the service without prior notice and for any reason, including, but not limited to: (i) concurrent access of the service with identical user identification numbers, (ii) permitting another person or entity to use your user identification number to access the service, (iii) any other access or use of the service except as expressly provided in this Agreement, (iv) any violation of the terms and conditions of this Agreement or the rules and regulations relating to the use of, the Materials and/or Content contained in, or accessed through, the service, (v) tampering with or alteration of any of the Materials and/or Content contained in, or accessed through, the service, or (vi) failure to use the service or portion thereof on a regular basis. Termination, suspension, or cancellation of this Agreement or your access rights shall not affect any right or relief to which American Financial Research Corporation may be entitled, at law or in equity. Upon termination of this Agreement, all rights granted to you will automatically terminate and immediately revert to Stock Option King.

     All participants and investors involved in the buying and selling of options, must study and understand a copy of “CHARACTERISTICS AND RISKS OF STANDARDIZED OPTIONS” booklet.  You can access and download this booklet from The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) website at: www.optionsclearing.com/publications/risks/riskchap1.jsp.  This booklet is also available, free of charge, from your broker or any of the U.S. options exchanges.

     Our personnel may NOT own positions in the equities mentioned in our periodic financial newsletters or any other publication, unless it is fully disclosed at the time an underlying interest appears on any communication issued by Stock Option King.

     AFRC’s Stock Option King is not affiliated with any brokerage firms and does not endorse or recommend any specific brokerage firm.  Stock Option King is not and will not be responsible for any stock option trade made by a broker on the subscriber's behalf under any circumstances.

     The Stock Option King website contains links to other internet websites and resources and those links are there for your convenience.  We neither control nor endorse such other websites, nor have we reviewed or approved any content that appears on such other websites.  Stock Option King can not be held responsible for any information that is NOT current, accurate, and complete from any of these links.

B.    PRIVACY POLICY

     In addition, consistent with industry standard practices, Stock Option King may share certain contact information with other businesses for their use, for example, in conducting promotional campaigns. If you would prefer that your contact information not be shared in this manner, again please notify Stock Option King by email.

     Other than as set out above, you will receive notice when information about you might go to third parties, and you will have an opportunity to choose not to share the information.
